Melissa Chappell

After starting her career in broadcasting at Sky Sports, Melissa moved into talent management in 1999, setting up her own business with long-term friend Helen Chamberlain as her first client.  Friendships from Loughborough University and Sky developed into an ever growing database of contacts within the media and sports industries across the UK, USA, Middle East and beyond.  After years of being told ‘you’ll know someone’ Mel decided to name the company just that.

Kate Scrivener

Kate rejoined Melissa at IWKS in 2012 after having her son Charlie. Kate’s brilliant organisational skills and diary management mean she is integral to the smooth running of the business.
